Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs warranties parts for 90 days and labor for 30 days. All warranty work will be performed during normal business hours between 7:00 a.m.and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs does not warranty or guarantee any parts that are not supplied by Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs, including any necessary labor to replace the part(s). Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs does not warranty or make any guarantee on any work with respect to any other part(s) on a unit not replaced by Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs. If further repairs become necessary due to additional defective parts, all additional charges will be billed separately. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES ON REFRIGERANT LEAKS AND MOTOR BURNOUTS.

Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs is not the manufacturer of the equipment and does not guarantee the work will survive normal wear and tear of the equipment for the duration of the warranty period. Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs does not make any, express or implied, with respects to defects in material, merchantability, or the fitness of the product for any particular purpose. Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by failure or delay in performing services here under when such failure or delay arises from causes beyond its control. Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from a performance of service here under, unless caused by Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs negligence, nor shall Lee’s Foodservice Parts & Repairs be liable, under any circumstance, for consequential damages. The express warranties contained herein are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
